Which cryptocurrencies does CryptrumPay support?
You can top up and spend Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), BNB, TRON (TRX) and Litecoin (LTC). More currencies may be added over time.
How is my crypto converted when I pay?
At checkout, the exact amount is converted from the balance you selected into the merchant's local currency at the live rate. The merchant receives a normal card payment.
Which network should I use to deposit?
Always use the network shown next to your deposit address in the app. Sending on a different network can result in your deposit being lost.
How long does a deposit take?
Your balance is updated once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Confirmation times depend on the network and how busy it is.
Can I choose which coin to spend from?
Yes. Pick your preferred balance in the app and your card will pay from it until you change it.
