How do I start using ZuzzPay?
Download the app, create an account and complete a short ID check. Once you are verified, open a virtual card in a couple of taps, move some crypto into your ZuzzPay wallet and you are ready to shop.
Prefer plastic or metal? You can order a Physical or Platinum card at any time from the Cards section of the app.
Can I use the card while travelling?
Yes. ZuzzPay works in 150+ countries and always pays the merchant in their local currency. A small number of regions are unavailable because of local rules – the app shows them before you sign up.
Do I need stablecoins to pay?
USDT and USDC load your card straight away. If you hold BTC, ETH, SOL or other coins, the wallet swaps them for you in a few seconds before the top-up.
Will I know the price before I pay?
Always. Every swap and top-up shows the live rate and the full fee on one screen, and nothing happens until you tap confirm.
Is the virtual card free?
Yes, opening a virtual card costs nothing. Physical and Platinum cards have their own prices, which you can compare on our Cards page.
