How long does delivery take?
Your card is shipped after you order it in the app. Delivery time depends on your country, and you can use your virtual card online while you wait.
How do I activate my physical card?
When your card arrives, open the CryptrumPay app, choose your card and follow the activation steps. You can set your PIN right in the app.
Can I withdraw cash at ATMs?
Yes. Your physical card works at ATMs worldwide. Withdrawal limits depend on your account level and are shown in the card settings.
Can I use the card abroad?
Yes. Pay in stores, restaurants and online wherever cards are accepted, all around the world.
