Terms & Conditions
The client agreement between you and Demo Company.
1. About this agreement
These terms form the agreement between you (the client) and Demo Company (the company) covering the trading accounts and services described on this website. By opening an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
Demo Company is registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NO.], and is licensed and regulated by [REGULATOR] under licence number [LICENCE NO.]. These bracketed details must be completed with the operator’s real corporate information before this site is published.
2. Eligibility
To open an account you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not resident in a jurisdiction where our services may not be offered. We do not accept clients resident in the United States, Canada, Iran or North Korea, among others.
We may request documents at any time to confirm your identity, address and source of funds, and may restrict an account until those checks are complete.
3. Trading accounts
Account types, spreads, commissions, leverage and margin requirements are published on this website and in the client portal, and may be updated to reflect market conditions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any instruction received through your credentials is treated as given by you.
4. Orders and execution
We act as the counterparty to your trades. Orders are executed at the best price available to us at the time of execution. During periods of low liquidity or high volatility, spreads may widen and orders may be filled at a price different from the one requested.
We may reject, cancel or close a position where an obvious pricing error, technical failure or abusive trading practice has occurred.
5. Client funds
Client money is held in segregated accounts with regulated banking institutions and is not used for company operating expenses.
Deposits must come from an account in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the original funding source up to the amount deposited, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements.
6. Fees and charges
Spreads, commissions, swap charges and any inactivity fee are published in the client portal. Third-party payment providers may charge their own fees, which are outside our control.
7. Risk
Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Please read the full Risk Disclosure.
8. Termination
Either party may close the account relationship by written notice. Open positions must be closed, and remaining funds are returned to a verified account in your name.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION] and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
