By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
  • Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Services Description

Piptrex provides white-label technology solutions for CFD and prop trading businesses, including:

  • Trading platform infrastructure (web, mobile, desktop)
  • Broker CRM and back-office systems
  • Liquidity and pricing infrastructure
  • Risk management tools
  • Payment processing integration
  • Client portal and IB systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with or without notice.

5. Trading Risks

IMPORTANT RISK DISCLOSURE:

  • Trading CFDs and leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss
  • You may lose more than your initial investment
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • You should only trade with money you can afford to lose
  • Trading may not be suitable for all investors

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Service Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as described in your service agreement or pricing plan. Fees may include:

  • Platform subscription fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Liquidity markup
  • Additional service charges

6.2 Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Piptrex and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your business purposes.

7.3 White-Label Rights

Under your service agreement, you may be granted rights to rebrand certain aspects of our platform. These rights are subject to separate white-label agreements and restrictions.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent or manipulative trading practices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services
  • Use our Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
  • Use automated trading systems without approval

9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piptrex, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties
  • Your trading activities and decisions

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
